Hi guys!I am trying to use the dimonized type 3 body for female NPCs (Don't judge). I have downloaded the archive invalidation invalidated, i have changed the archive block in the 3 .ini files (2 from my games and one from the game folder). They are NOT set to read-only. I have reactivated and deactivated the Archive Invalibullshit several times. Yes. FO3 and FNV use the same file formats for textures and meshes (.dds for textures, .nif for meshes). Simply re-name the FO3 files with the same name that FNV uses (for instance: upperbodyfemale.dds and upperbodyfemale.nif) then manually place them into the appropriate FNV game folder. Edit> Also, any advice about the T6M Equipment Replacer would be nice. I cant quite figure it out, but those raider armors look good. Can I just use them on a Type 3 body? Edit 2> More than one year later, and that install/overwrite order is wrong. eg. MD update goes in before MD'd. -thx. 3.Copy the textures folder in to the data folder of fallout new vegas 4.Allow for overwrite. Search for bInvalidateOlderFiles and change it from 0 to 1. "Fallout_default.ini" which is located in "Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas" & do the same in the "fallout.ini" & "FalloutPrefs.ini" in your Falloutnv save folder. Thats the problem with modding its assumed in a lot of cases that you are well aware of where stuff goes. The stuff your looking at was well before Skyrim made modding so popular. So mod authors had a differrent attitude then and didnt assemble mods with some measure of fool-proofing. Let your companions relax in style! You can choose whether companions keep their armor, or go casual, and choose what they wear! Two forms of \"wait\" option, the old stay stock still for combat etc. and a new sand box mode, they move around, sit down sleep etc. Plus companion idles, improvements and much more!
